After reminiscing about old times when we used to fish off the top of the waterfall in Naboo, Tygaar and I decided to go fishing in Star Wars Galaxies. After all, there wasn’t much else to do with Tygaar’s home buried in the sands of Tatooine…
Along the way, we ended up picking up some utterly ridiculous outfits and some 100% quality fishing rods, and off we went on our fishing adventure!
Where’s the best place to fish in the Star Wars universe? Naboo? Corellia? Nah, too easy. We decided the best plan was to fish in the last place anyone would expect it — Mustafar.
Unfortunately, and after discovering an amusing message left by the devs (try typing /fish in Mustafar), we discovered that there wasn’t much hope of catching lava-fish today. After pushing a random bypasser into the lava and posing for a dramatic shot, we moved on.

Back to Tatooine, just in time to see some Jedi battle outside Mos Eisley station while we sat in our ridiculous outfits. It’s hard to see in the lighting, but Tygaar is wearing a pink dress and some really 70′s shades.
We had intended to fish in the Sarlacc pit, however due to some glitch, a large base had been built on top of the poor creature, denying us our much-needed entertainment. So, we just decided to pester some passing Stormtroopers instead, who – surprisingly – didn’t shoot us on sight. I’m quite sure out clothes violated several Imperial dress codes.
